2020 Right Livelihood Award Presentation


Established in 1980, the Right Livelihood Award aims to nurture the human courage needed to achieve peace, justice and sustainability for all. To date, we have celebrated 182 Laureates from 72 countries. This year, we're honouring the 2020 Right Livelihood Laureates Nasrin Sotoudeh, Bryan Stevenson, Lottie Cunningham Wren, and Ales Bialiatski and Human Rights Center “Viasna.”

While it has certainly been a challenging year, overcoming obstacles and finding alternative solutions is what we are passionate about, as are our Laureates.

So on December 3, we invite you to join us digitally at the Right Livelihood Award Presentation to celebrate the 2020 Laureates - from your kitchen/ garden/ favourite spot on the couch!

The Award Presentation might be slightly different due to COVID-19, but inspiration and entertainment are guaranteed, with Laureate speeches, performances by renowned artists, and opportunities to interact with us digitally throughout the 70-minute event.
