WERN SEMINAR: The research and collaboration programme on gender-based violence


The Widerströmska Equal Rights Network (WERN), which includes the equal treatment representatives of the GPH, CNS, KBH, and LIME Departments at Karolinska Institutet, announces a Zoom Seminar on the current status and advances of the research and collaboration programme on gender-based violence, which formally started on March 8, 2019.

Title: The research and collaboration programme on gender-based violence

Speakers: Charlotta Löfgren-Mårtenson, Malmö Universitet & Lisa Rudolfsson, Göteborgs Universitet

The programme was initiated by KI, KTH, Malmö University and the Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research at the university of Gothenburg and its goal is to establish research-based knowledge of inclusive work and study environments and a sustainable organization for the prevention of sexual harassment and gender-based violence and victimization in academia. The programme will, by extension, contribute to strengthening and intensifying work on academia's organizational culture, with a focus on quality, sustainable development, work environment, leadership, equality, and equal opportunities.
