Repressionsserien #2: Dina rättigheter mot polisen


"Får de verkligen göra såhär?" Som politisk aktiv människa har man tyvärr ofta mer kontakt med polisen än man egentligen vill, och det är inte sällan att man undrar om deras handlingar är egentligen lagliga. Kunskap om våra rättigheter och gränserna lagen bestämmer för polisen kan därför vara ett viktigt verktyg för att försvara oss mot godtycke och våld från polisen. Vi har inbjudit en vänsterjurist som går igenom de viktigaste situationerna aktivister kan hamna i. I anslutning finns det möjlighet att ställa frågor och diskutera.

Event series about repression #2: Your rights about the police

"Are they really allowed to do that?" Politically active persons often have more contact with the police than they would like, and it's not seldom that one wonders if their actions really are lawful. Knowledge about our rights and the limits the law sets for the police can therefore be an important tool for the defense against police arbitrariness and violence. We have invited a left lawyer who will go through the most important situations activists can find themselves in. In continuation there will be the possibility to ask questions and for discussion.
