THE CAMPAIGN BEGINS NOW!

Rojava, a war-torn area in northern Syria, blockaded from all sides, lacks vital resources. The area is known for and dependent on its agriculture and is in great need of strengthening its food production. After several years of conventional farming the soil is depleted from nutriments. Due to this and the embargo Rojava is facing famine. It is now necessary to develop organic farming methods to strengthen the food production and self-administration in the area.

The work begins now! The goal of the campaign ”Feed the Revolution – Organic Agriculture in Rojava” which is run by Aboriya Rojava is to crowdfund 180,000 € in one month to start the project with organic fertilizers and sustainable food production.

Organic waste from the cities, villages and farms in the surrounding area will be collected and made into fertilizers that will be distributed among local farmers and co-operatives. The collected money will fund the construction of facilities for the production of these fertilizers. It will also fund the spreading of relevant educational material.

Your help is needed! We are going to raise enough funds for the buying of necessary materials in a month.
