it's been a while and we have missed you! As dear Marilyn said; Sometimes things have to fall apart so better things can fall together. Too make up for lost time, we are coming back with a BANG - cheekier and more salacious than ever... This time we bring our fierce, bright and outstanding friends to give you an all nighter!

Bumps & Riots will be an evening where standards, bodies and sexuality are in focus. An evening when we together can celebrate ourselves and each other, an evening when we can learn from each other and together feel strong.

A night that belongs to us and no one else. We welcome you who identify your selves as women and/or transgender to an evening of burlesque, damn fine songs, inspiring lectures and interesting discussions.

We see a power and great political value that togheter with people who are victim of similar opressions unite and fight the oppression.

This is what we got 4 you:

  • The Ravishing Byrds Burlesque will of course allure and enchant you with four smoking hot numbers - we will bump and grind like there is no tomorrow!

  • Ebba Nilsson, more famous as BabeEbba on Instagram, is coming to Malmö and Bumps & Riots to talk about bodypositivity and self confedence.

  • Michaela Larsson aka Hej Blekk is going to participate in a conversation with The Ravishing Byrds Burlesques very own Lola Marine, about standards, feminism and bodies.

  • Malmös very own feminist choir, Systerskapskören, are gonna sing their hearts out - feel free too sing a long if you want to!

Inbetween, the indecent and winsome DJ duo Trust no man will entertain you by playing dope music made by womyn.

But that's not all we got for you, we have also invited local talents to show off their work. There will be paintings, calenders, collages, postcards, earrings, stickers, t-shirts etc. Best of all? It will be possible to buy these fantastic creations! CASH IS QUEEN!

Also, SVT will be there. Since they are making a web series with us in The Ravishing Byrds Burlesque that will be released in the autumn of 2015.

This time we take over Victoriateatern, a big and beautiful place where we hope to fit all of you. Make yourself at home and bring your own food and drink! There will be possible to buy non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. (You can not bring food to the seats at the balcony)

Come and join us for a fantastic evening where revolution, bodies and sexuality are in focus. Let us unite, empower ourselves as well as each other and toghether boost our feminist fighting spirit! And last but not least: Smash the patriarchy!
